Friendly staff, good location

We had a fun stay! The staff was super nice and helped us a lot. The room was pretty decent and met our needs. It’s just a short walk to the Falls, which was awesome. They gave us some cool discount vouchers for nearby restaurants and stuff, but would have loved some free water in the room.

my stay at ramada was pleasant. the location was convenient with the wego redline right beside the hotel, making it easy to access attractions. the staff was outstanding, always quick with fresh towels and toiletries. plus, everything was maintained clean and tidy.

We enjoyed a cozy stay where the kids loved the hot tub, and we appreciated the comfy layout of our suite. The indoor pool was a great spot to relax after a long day and the sun loungers were perfect for unwinding. The only downside was the tiny bathroom, but overall, we had a good time! 😊

However, we faced several disappointments including a lack of breakfast, a less-than-ideal view of a parking lot, and malfunctioning air conditioning. The pool water's cleanliness left much to be desired, adding to our overall dissatisfaction during our stay.

The Queen room with two beds was pretty decent. It met our expectations and was clean. Loved that they used Dove toiletries! It was good to have a vending machine for snacks too. Wish they had left some bottled water, but there's a convenience store nearby. The staff was super nice and helpful, which made our stay better. The location's not too far from the falls, just a nice walk away.
